I have been working at Alcatel-Lucent full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – workforce diversity, flexible work hours,
Cons – future unclear, bare bones staff, ongoing layoffs
Advice to Senior Management – streamline portfolio - get rid of non-profitable products and solutions, improve ordering systems
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
