“management needs alot of improvement; do not have a clear direction or plan to improve”
Current Employee – been working at Alcatel-Lucent full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – long history, too bad its going down hill now
Cons – not making any money; frozen salaries and no bonus.
Advice to Senior Management – cut red tape; empower people; stop second guessing; allow risk taking
