Pros – great people dedicated to make a difference

Cons – dedicated people cannot make a difference

Advice to Senior Management – too much bureacracy and no accountability, constantly talking about change but little to no movement forward-meetings for the sake of meeting and not results oriented. poor performance is rewarded. hard workers given more work.
