“4 and half day working in a week makes me really comfortable”
Current Employee – been working at Aker Solutions full-time for more than a year
Pros – A company which always care about the staff work-life balance
Cons – When workload is too high, working overtime is sometime required
Advice to Senior Management – Upgrade work-life balance to let the staff stay productive, healthy and excellent
