I worked at Aerotek full-time for less than a year

Pros

Exposure to specific industries, opportunity to build genuine relationships with clients, outside and inside sales environment

Cons

Horrible management, tenured employees form closed culture. I felt like if I didn't work until 7pm I was "taking a half day."

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Corporate office might be nicer, look into branch culture/management. Hire 3rd party organization to conduct organization wide survey.

    I have been working at Aerotek

    Pros

    Very encouraging and thorough company.They walk with you step by step to make sure you are a fit for the job that they are able to find for you.

    Cons

    They work a little too closely once they have found a job for you. It is not unlikely for the recuriter to show up to the job interview with the company that they assign you to.

    I worked at Aerotek full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The people, the people, the people. I absolutely loved everyone that I worked with. They are all great and create a good place to work in a bad industry (Staffing is tough)

    Cons

    Staffing. Depending on your DBO, you may be micromanaged. I miss Aerotek.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communicate to your DBO's that if someone is producing you do not need micromanage them. "Never give a man a dollar's worth of blame without a dimes' worth of praise."
