Current Employee – been working at Advocate Health Care full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Advocate provides the opportunity for furthering your education on all levels. Since it is an organization with so many hospitals, there are many job opportunities all over Illinois.

Cons – It's difficult to give the patient care you would like to give when you work short staffed on most days, so you always feel rushed. Our benefits could be better for working in the health care field.

Advice to Senior Management – Management need to attend fewer meetings, spend more time on unit interacting with staff.
