Quick to change, focused on the client and on external environment

Hard to feel a ence of community, as with most consultancies

    Accenture provides attractive compensation to start.

    Company culture is toxic and compensation is weak following start period.

    I worked at Accenture as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

    Good work ethic. Good for experience. Much better environment than many.

    Cons

    Apparently they are not so good at absorbing the experienced but that's about the business model. if you want to remain, aspire to project management or higher. If you want to make it a career there might be travel involved.
