Pros

A constant churn at the SC / Manager level means opportunities for ambitious people, especially those with previous industry experience.

Cons

The pressure on new managers to deliver results in the first year is intense. Expect an up-or-out escalator in MC / Advisory.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Manage your churn better. Stop offering VR's to the bozos and share more of the upside with the M's.
