“Was a nice learning experience”
I worked at Accenture full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Nice learning opportunity, culture, Ability to move laterally, I was impressed with the hike given each year, Good visibility and value add in personal growth
Cons – HR processes needs to be more streamlined, Career counsellor needs to strengthen and align closely with personal aspirations, Flexibility required in terms of career selection and path
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
