    Pros

    Fast paced.
    Very talented people.
Exposure to big clients, big projects and complex systems.
Always busy, always working, always learning, always improving.

    Cons

Long hours from time to time.
You might not enjoy every role (make sure you network and find roles best suited to your career goals).
    Salary is average.

I worked at Accenture full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Strong and continuous learning curve due to long hours and projects.
    Good for your network.
Young and vibrant environment (if you start as an analyst).
Great training facilities in the states.
Good exposure to middle management of companies.

    Cons

    No work-life balance.
Stay too long and politics start to become counter-productive.
Little respect for individuals' priorities or needs.
Company will try and squeeze every ounce of effort during your entire time (but hey, that's the industry)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Generally in line with consulting firms, so nothing really.
Beware of people who work more on showing themselves to top management rather than on projects.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
