    Pros

    -awesome/fun staff
    -great benefits
    -challenging
    -learn how to manage a store

    -inconsistent schedule (hard for work life balance)
    -unrealistic expectations w/ company standards/recruiting
    -loud
    -pay
    -physically demanding (long hours on feet, heavy shelves/shipment/supplies)

    I have been working at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Easy work, good discount on clothes, easy to change schedules because there are so many people that need hours.

    Cons

    Expected to look/dress/act a certain way, customers are usually rude, hardly get any hours because there are over a hundred employees, everyone is shallow and for the most part does not act like they want to be at work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change up the question that models have to ask when people walk in. It gets annoying really quickly.
