ProsThe salary is competitive and you have many opportunities to move around.

ConsThe managerial staff is hit or miss, some are 'micro managers'.

Advice to Senior ManagementI believe you shoud teach the area managers & supervisors (especially if they've come from the bottom and moved up) that WE are still people. I've been here for 13 years and it seems to me that upper level management has a not-so-nice & arrogant attitude.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
