Pros-- open culture
-- great environment
-- meritocracy
-- work and life balance

Cons-- takes long to get your ideas validated at the HQ
-- less autonomy at non-HQ

Advice to Senior ManagementAOL's shares have risen but the ad business isn't growing. Great going on figuring out the avenues to satisfy share holders, it's time to focus on the real business growth through innovation so it can be sustained
