    Great Benefits
    Comfy cubicle space
    year end bonus

    Cons

    extremely competitve (between yourself and co-workers, which they manufacture)
    high call volume
    few opportunities to advance
    repetitive calls
    difficult to feel like you are making a difference

    If you want people to have to sit there and listen to agents complain about the millions that they make, you may want to pay the reps more money.

    Good place to learn about insurance on the P&C and L&R side
    Decent pay

    Cons

    Cut throat company culture and cliques are hard to penetrate
    Male dominated management, women face glass ceiling
    Over reliance on ouside consultants
    Unclear review process
    Little accountability for non complete or failed projects

    Bad management in many areas hide good talent. Keep top performers around by better managing their careers
