I have been working at ADP full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Great people, good atmosphere, the people are mature for the most part, opportunities for growth, tuition reimbursement is amazing ($5,000 per year) and good culture

Most of management is very friendly but these are the higher ups. Middle management is different in that you're never going to know what you're going to get.

    Cons

Bonuses are not high, benefits could be covered up to 100%, 3 weeks of vacation, higher salaries needed, higher merit increases needed

Lack of opportunities after receiving credentials that the company helped you to obtain.
Lack of employer initiatives to help employees move higher up the organization

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reward employees more, they'll be less dissatisfied.
