Pros – Great organization if you're lucky enough to be on an account with smart leaders. HR is strict but it makes sense.

Cons – Too much bureaucracy, very slow in increasing salary. Training for personal development is very minimum.

Advice to Senior Management – Personal development is very minimum to ordinary staff. Only officers like team leaders and up lucky enough to have training.

Pros – Nice work culture and very helpful people around. And as an inhouse not much of a pressure as was in earlier jobs working for clients

Cons – The location in mohali is not a best of locations you can find here. No place to roam around or eating joints around the building

Advice to Senior Management – should have more place to relax with a nice cafe-teria
