Cons – Bad behavior of leaders at the local level is often overlooked, work life balance can be a challenge to find

-Tons of opportunities for career development
-Amazingly talented co-workers
-Beautiful office space
-Tons of creativity and news ideas
Cons – -Can be high stress (is fast paced)
-Can be a bit clique-ish. but in general the people are great
Advice to Senior Management – Senior Management is amazing!!!

Pros – lots of opportunity to work on different products. I was able to move around and explore different sectors.
Cons – I had about 8 different bosses in two different offices. Too much like "Office Space." Was there in the middle of the recession and they couldn't hold on to many people. Also, hours were ridiculous.
