    Pros

Benefits, pay, schedule, opportunities for advancement

    Cons

Communication, A lot of mileage on your personal vehicle, very physically demanding

    Advice to Management

I would hire someone who's sole responsibility was to go to different routes and see how the stores are doing and allow more training for employees who may need it by what this person sees in the stores to raise our standards.

  2. Good Job as a start to career, Needs better communication.

    Pros

Little to no supervision from Management. Make your own daily schedule of accounts which allows flexibility and able to get done early if needed. Don't take work home with you at night or weekends.

    Cons

Poor communication throughout company. Too many factors that can affect your job/salary that you have no control over. No commission statements.
Little marketing support and poor communication on how management wants products and programs to be executed.
Employees afraid to ask questions and hard to get answers from anyone.
Poor Human Resources dept. that never have answers and never get back to you, just referral to main 1-800 corporate number.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees to make business process work more efficiently for all departments. Better communication throughout the organization. Have clear cut decisions and directions on business practices.

    Pros

Off nights, most drivers off weekends, and holidays. Make 750 to 1000 a week plus decent benefits and work on your own all day.

    Cons

Very hard work, few drivers have set routes, lack of team works and not enough support with heavy case count days and salesman alway putting drivers touch spots with customers. And

    Pros

you have alot of freedom no one really over you you can move at your own pace take breaks according to your pace

    Cons

alot of stores over a large distance if you dont have a good dependable vehicle this isnt the job usually twice the stores over 3 or 4 times the distance than competitors

    Advice to Management

i think we should have dedicated routes and your off day should be the day the store doesnt get worked and i think we should hire more ppl to reduce the amount of stores and amount of distance

    Pros

Brand recognition, multiple locations across the US

    Cons

No work life balance, inexperienced management team in some areas, notorious micromanagement

    Advice to Management

In order to keep some of the better employees, management needs to rethink the work-life balance at the company. Requiring that employees are always available and connectable during non-business hours is unacceptable.

  8. Hard work....leave at 5 30 in the morning with 3-600 cases of pop for about 15 different stores.finished when your done.

    Pros

Always improvements that can be made in this fast, paced manufacturing company. You will never be bored if you are self-motivated to find work.

    Cons

Management. Some managers treat employees with very little respect and are driven by emotion. I'm sure the employees who work directly under these managers have a different outlook on the company.

    Advice to Management

Respect and rapport go a long way. Empathize and work with your team.
