Pros – Great benefits, perks, employee appreciation, free gym, great coworkers and lots of fun!
Cons – Disney is not going to make you rich but depending on your position their is money to be made.
Advice to Senior Management – Care more about main street the wall street.

Pros – Great culture, diverse workforce, many off hours perks like volunteer opportunities, silver pass to Disneyland and free screenings of newly released movies
Cons – Long hours, difficulty changing positions
Advice to Senior Management – Better training and time management would decrease last minute projects

Pros – The guests were always fun to interact and play with, being a total goof ball never gets old
Cons – the pay was sub par definately not worth the effort put in
