Pros – The hiring process is thorough and they have quality employees

Cons – The company is monetarily driven. Patient care and safety are second to profit. The company is based on the business model not the medical model.

Advice to Senior Management – Middle management practitioners at their site locations are micromanaged by unqualified and unethical CEO's. Directors and managers who support staff and institute safe practice over profit are admonished.

Cons – They will build an alias against you if you are one who speaks up for yourself. Room for advancement is base upon if your liked or not.

Advice to Senior Management – Management will try an intimidate you if you don't agree with them.
