    Very difficult to get promoted in technology area, easier for outsiders to get Director/MD level positions. Internal promotions are rare

    For D/MD promotion internal candidates should be given equal opportunity, should hire smart IT graduates from TOP schools

    The atmosphere is good, space to learn new things, possibility to work in a great world class bank.

    Cons

    IT infrastructure could be better. Many problems with with unstable applications. Too many movements/migrations with too few people.

    The only think I want to remind is that People are the biggest asset of ANY organization, especially the one that provides Service to the world-class clients.
