Great place for working as software developer

Vice President (Current Employee)
Moscow (Russia)

I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time for more than 5 years

ProsThe friendly atmospehere. The great people working there. Some projects are very interesing and unique, you cannot find them in any other company in Russia. It's a great school for newcomers.

ConsThere is a mobility opportunity to move to new team/project, but it's quite hard to make it. Office culture is not so good as it expected to be from such big company, but they are constatnly trying to build one.

Advice to Senior ManagementSlow procurement. Lack of contemporary technologies like WiFi in the office. The office is situated in such a place where there are no choices where to dinner: either bad bad cafe in the building or to bring food from home.
