    Poor managment

Cleaner (Current Employee) Haverfordwest, Wales (UK)

ProsGood supervisor. Fun crew to work with all 3 of them

ConsLow pay, no pay rise now since 2010, wanting too much to be done in the time limit given normal clean is two hours but yet if done right would take 2 hours 30 mins. Not enough hours so run on skeleton crew so if some one is sick or on holiday no one to cover them since been there they have cut 100 hours a month just for pure profit for who could I guess

Advice to Senior ManagementUp the hours, if you say your coming down come down, put uniform on different budget instead of cleaning budget ( part of icm compass group) produce ids for the staff.

    good place to work

General Food Service Worker (Current Employee) Edinboro, PA (US)

Prosnice people to work for, when you leave work you are tired if you are older, we have nice benefits. they are willing to work with you if there is a problem or a family emergency,

Consif you don't suck up to management, you don't get away with things, we don't get overtime usually training is one day and people who smoke, get more breaks than the ones that don't,

Advice to Senior Managementthe only thing i have to say is that the older generation are hard workers, they have alot of knowledge respect them and have the younger ones learn from them if they want to respect their jobs, working is hard and nobody said it is easy,

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
