    Pros

    -pay is minimum wage in the beginning but you get raises
    -meals are discounted
    -fast paced environment
    -there is paid training

    Cons

    -the environment can get really busy; may be pressed for time
    -supervisors may rush you
    -time for breaks are short

    Support Systems in a Corporate Enviroment
    Multiple Divisions for Advancement and Growth
    Process to follow, no inventing the wheel
    Support of upper management

    Salary scale for managers is average, benefit package for managers is below average
    Ability to attract quality hourly assoicates on current low pay scales is difficult
    Lack of documents in both official languages

    Pros

    My colleagues are brilliant, we work together as a tight knit team.

    Cons

    Head office have absolutely no idea about actually working on the front line, they come across that they don't care. We have a new manager who couldn't organise anything, we carry him do much he may aswell not be there.

    Be fair on your employees and tell other managers, especially the hub leaders not to go around thinking they are better than anyone else, because they are not.

    I don't have much good to say, my time with Compass Group was not pleasant.

    Cons

    More focus on cost and appearance (more like cheap set dressing) than on product and service. Poor communication, mediocre benefits, scarce career development opportunities, and inconsistent pay scale. They also appear to walk all over their "partners" when they can get away with it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Trust those you gave responsibility to and listen to them, but verify what they are saying. Take the time and work with them to see the issues they deal with on a day-to-day basis.

    Pros

    Management are bully's the pay is crap the job is carp and they don't give you your month in hand when you leave well they don't pay you nothing at all the take it all away from you. the management take stock to sell on the side made to work with no lunch the most worst company you could ever work for they say the make 14 billion a year but they won't freed the staff or pay them better compass / ess Medway should be looked in to by the police becouse there doing things against the law

    Trying to stay alive the amont of hour they make you do and not pay you for it

    Pros

    Good supervisor. Fun crew to work with all 3 of them

    Cons

    Low pay, no pay rise now since 2010, wanting too much to be done in the time limit given normal clean is two hours but yet if done right would take 2 hours 30 mins. Not enough hours so run on skeleton crew so if some one is sick or on holiday no one to cover them since been there they have cut 100 hours a month just for pure profit for who could I guess

    Up the hours, if you say your coming down come down, put uniform on different budget instead of cleaning budget ( part of icm compass group) produce ids for the staff.
