    Pros

    -pay is minimum wage in the beginning but you get raises
    -meals are discounted
    -fast paced environment
    -there is paid training

    Cons

    -the environment can get really busy; may be pressed for time
    -supervisors may rush you
    -time for breaks are short

    Support Systems in a Corporate Enviroment
    Multiple Divisions for Advancement and Growth
    Process to follow, no inventing the wheel
    Support of upper management
    Good equipment and training

    Salary scale for managers is average, benefit package for managers is below average
    Ability to attract quality hourly assoicates on current low pay scales is difficult
    Lack of documents in both official languages

    Pros

    Great Teamwork everyone works together to accomplish goals. Large global community willing to share their knowledge base to support best practices and build better working relationships. All levels of corporate structure are there to help every employee succeed, from CEO to hourly employees.

    Cons

    Very fast paced working enviorment. Being a global community there are alot of requirements which tends to extend regular business hours.

    Pros

    Easy work, greater than minimum wage pay. Friendly atmosphere to be a part of. Can say yes or no to hours that are available to work.

    Cons

    Limited chance of progressing upwards in the company if you are only on a casual contract. Some locations for working can be awkward to get to if you do not have youre own transport.

    Incompetent Upper Management More paperwork than actually being a chef Told to work 13 hours if thats what it takes to get everything done and salaried pay so no OT

    Pros

    Weekly payment. Zero hours contract was great in that some weeks I could work up to 90 hours over 7 days and earn over £500 in a week. There is a genuine young friendly vibe.

    Cons

    Poor training. Work is never guaranteed. Antisocial hours.

    A bonus incentive programme to casual staff
