    Pros

    -pay is minimum wage in the beginning but you get raises
    -meals are discounted
    -fast paced environment
    -there is paid training

    Cons

    -the environment can get really busy; may be pressed for time
    -supervisors may rush you
    -time for breaks are short

    Salary scale for managers is average, benefit package for managers is below average
    Ability to attract quality hourly assoicates on current low pay scales is difficult
    Lack of documents in both official languages

    Mostly students looking to work before, during and after University to make some money. Good conditions to work long hours and secure a good sum of cash.

    Pros

    Flexible enough for a college student, compensation is above minimum wage but below those with experience, almost always hiring, night and weekends off

    Cons

    Under par compensation for various positions, not much else to say about the cons, really. I'd still be working for the company if it paid more. Equipment was regularly down or malfunctioning.

    The upper management was very supportive and encouraging to employees. They showed appreciation of jobs well done and were very easy to talk to about any issues that employees were having. I always looked forward to going to work.

    I wish there were more opportunities for personal growth within the company.

    Continue being approachable and fun with employees. It really makes a difference when "the Suits" show interest and a good nature with all employees.

    Pros

    You are provided with a company vehicle and gas card. The pay and commissions are very good.

    Cons

    The operations department is very hard to work with. They have too much to do. Your emails are not answered for days. We are taught to use a sales funnel process to sell. We also use the disc profiling process to sell. There is so much admin work that it is hard to keep up. You work all the time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The training on systems used needs to be improved. There is lots of training on the sales funnel process but you get lost in the ROI's and all the other paper work involved.
