Good place for steady growth; key areas of development in US & India locations

    Manager (Current Employee) Toronto, ON

ProsCompany is doing very well; and has exceed expectations even during the time of the market crash

ConsIts a huge company so the benefits of direct interaction with seniors is rare
Promotion cycles can be extremely competitive and sometimes it may seem that they're not entirely based on meritocracy, but instead on the # of years one has spent in the current role
Salaries may not be very competitive

Advice to Senior ManagementBesides computer-based training, consider active workshops for all associates to develop their soft and technical skills

    – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
