    Pros

    Good benefits
    Awesome people
    Competitive salary
    Nice building

    Cons

    Master/Servant environment and getting worse
There are no supervisor of colour
    Favoricism
HR in Canada and the USA are useless
The only company with a unreasonable attendance policy that works on a point system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

STOP treating your employee like a number and maybe this may reduce your short term list, resignations, etc.
    Drop that Attending Policy!

I worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Looks good on Resume
Many different options for career choice

    Cons

Very little Support to front line managers
Information not disseminated from the top
New Policies and Procedures implemented in a very haphazard way - not to implement them properly but just to "get it done" on paper

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Occasional visits from top managers to front line, on the ground employees and Managers to get a real idea of what it is like to work a day for the company
Mak suggestions and ideas from same group of employees and managers easier to sumit and get approved

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. (more than 10 years)

    Pros

You can start at an entry level position, as long as you work hard. Utilizing tuition reimbursement is fantastic, I know many of us obtained our degree while working our way up through the company. May be different in different areas of the company however.

    Cons

If they (Upper Management) like you, you will be moving on a fast track. If you have any friction do not go to anyone, just make a plan to move to a different part of the company. Everyone isn't trustworthy pick your battles.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be up front with people more often. Your company rating will be a 5. People want to work for Coca-Cola for a long time, but cherish the loyal, and reward the hardworking, not the pets. Pets do not make you a better manager.

I have been working at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc.

    Pros

One of the top companies for recycling and minimizing their carbon foot-print. Great benefits, and pay scale.

    Cons

Management at the time, and unrelentless 18 hour shifts

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Great hourly wage and pay for mileage. Good communication with supervisors made it easy to find the stores you were to stock. Independent assignments to stores meant time to yourself when in transit between locations.

    Cons

Shortage of staff meant long hours of necessary overtime and store assignments which were over an hour away. Lots of repeated lifting to stock and face product in stores. Due to the differing environment in store back rooms, some stores required lots of extra work to get to CocaCola product you were there to work with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It may no longer be a problem, but working better with employees who are students and need certain days/times off would be very appreciated.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
