Too few head counts
Too little time more focus on numbers than actually quality of work
Insecurity and Gossip in the office at all times due to no transparency and poor communication from leadership
Allot of talk and politics, little action to back it up.
Promote people for for who they know rather than for their performance

Must try harder.

Field Sales (Former Employee)
London, England (UK)

I worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. full-time for more than 8 years

ProsCompany car, personal fuel allowance (stopped now) however. 25 days holiday. Amazing maternity package.

ConsRarely see any other employees. Poor wage in comparison to other FMCG companies. Working for CCE is not at all in line with the global perception of the Coca Cola brand.

Advice to Senior ManagementIncentivise, engage, focus money in the places. Allow employees to control individual budgets for POS and equipment. Quickly becoming known to customers as penny pinching in our attitude. Let's take it back to only coke can do!

– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Working in IT at CCE: A good experience overall.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. full-time for more than 5 years

ProsThe management and colleagues that I worked with at CCE seemed genuinely committed to the success of the team projects and of every member on the team. There is also a wonderful commitment to diversity and fairness in the ranks.

ConsSince the creation of the new company caused by the acquisition of the North American business by the Coca-Cola Company, there have been a few massive reorganizations of the IT organization in particular. This lead to some changes and confusion about expectation for individual roles and for teams. Also several of the most knowledgeable experienced team members went to the other company in the split. The confusion and pressure from this environment lead to a great deal of stress at times.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease do your best to insure that the IT project managers are either very experienced, or are being mentored directly by experienced project managers.

I was a part time merchandiser for CCE and it was a good job.

Merchandiser (Former Employee)

I worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. as a contractor for more than 3 years

ProsGood management that understands problems when they arise. Easy to keep up with other workers and stay on top.
Getting reimbursed for miles as well as hourly made the days much better to work.

ConsWork hours start very early in the morning and sometimes 12 hour days. Not sure some days when you are going to end.

Advice to Senior ManagementAllow some people to pair up on non busy days to work together and finish faster.
