Former Employee – worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc.
Pros – high energy environment, excellent people, great brands. Will thrive for many years abroad after serving their purpose in the United States over the past few decades
Cons – past management teams were occasionally sprinkled with highly nepotistic and politically self-motivated individuals. Most were eventually eliminated when Coca-Cola bought Coca-Cola Enterprises.

Pros – Not many other than working for a large corporation.
Good 401k
Cons – Way overworked. You are just a number to Coke. Lazy managers that will not get in the field and help throughout the busy holidays. Everything is the Merchandisers fault.

Former Employee – worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – When out in the " trade ", you avoided upper management.
Cons – The Southern California part of the business is built on riding the backs of your subordinates. I once casually mentioned to a Senior Vice President what a good job one individual was doing. His reply was " I only want to here about who's not doing a good job". Your bonus was based on certain criteria, as with any company. The problem was that they would change the criteria to suit the Branch after the qualified period had ended, usually costing you most if not all of your bonus. This was by far one of the worst companies I ever had the displeasure of working with. Take some good advice and stay away from this company unless you like high stress, low pay and bad working conditions.
Advice to Senior Management – Atlanta.... Take a closer look at your management team in Southern California if you really even care at all.

Current Employee – been working at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Your time as an account manager is very flexible, and quotas are laid out clearly and are achivable. Good 401k, health and vacation benefit package. Auto reimbersement plus miliage.
Cons – When the micro managing starts it gets hecktic and last for a long period of time. Management can be very involved when trade visits arise, and usually leave you with a unwelcoming situation with clients and customers.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
