I worked at Clough Harbour & Associates LLP full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

This company is rapidly expanding. This can leads to a lot of potential opportunities within the company. The work environment varies drastically withing offices and work groups.

    Cons

The work environment is competitive as with most consulting companies. Work loads are not evenly shared withing all groups, so opportunities could be limited. Be sure to inquire about specific turn over rates within your group.

Current Intern - Intern Participant in Albany, NY (US)

I have been working at Clough Harbour & Associates LLP as an intern (more than a year)

    Pros

Even in a big corporate headquarters everyone seems like a family. Management is smart and cares about the employees. HR does a good job and no worker is just a number.

    Cons

Seemed as if the pay wasn't too high for most positions where technical expertise was needed. Needs to enter the 21st century and get rid of the typical office space look.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The open-door policy is great but give those who voice opinions more of a chance. Keep up the work with expansion but don't forget about those at the core.

    Pros

Great atmosphere, dedicated knowledgeable employees. CHA cares about their employees and seems to reward them accordingly. Lots of engineering opportunities, definitely a growing company

    Cons

I did not see much of career growth from peers at the organization. Not sure if they have a structured program to help employees climb the ladder.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work, continue to hire the best and the brightest.

    Pros

    Definitely great about giving praise!

    Cons

At the time, they needed to fill a position for administrative assistant. It felt like it took awhile for them to get their act together and find someone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hiring and retaining talent is important - make sure you fill those open positions!
