    good work-life balance, people are always ready to help each other, lots of chances to practice programming skills

    The training system is still too general and not practice oriented, especially for technical staffs.

    Pros

    I enjoyed working for one of the Vice Presidents very much. His communication skills were very effective. I liked all the employees and the company seemed to care about the staff.

    I can't think of anything, really. Good company, good benefits.

    Good location, that's about it.

    Cons

    Highly disorganized, standards and expectations are always changing with very little communication from management and between departments. Management expects you to take your work home every night. Employees work 10-15 hours per day

    Talk to your employees. Have more transparency and allow your employees to have a life outside the office.

    Great benefits including 100% paid health insurance and discounted dental and vision

    Cons

    Because of the 100% company paid health insurance, the salaries are much lower than average for the immediate area.
