    Pros

    Everyone is very nice and helpful. They have a great company culture. Lots of great events to work, and you get to meet a lot of bands/artists at the office.

    Cons

    Recent layoffs and department shifts have left them a little unorganized.

    Pros

    Fun job and great perks. It's fun working in media at times. If you are creative, this can be a great opportunity.

    Cons

    Radio sales have dwindled. This is truly hard work. Your writing skills, oral speaking skills, presentation ability, and business savvy must be stellar.

    Look out for the little people that come in killing it in regards to allowing them to handle accounts for their stations.

    Pros

    meeting celebrities- once in a blue moon. When you're not stuck working an event at a gas station, or Kroger store.

    free tickets- Usually nose bleed or last minute unclaimed tickets after the directors take their pick.

    The experience- You learn a lot considering you have to balance your job as well as your directors responsibilities because they are lazy and can't work a full 9-5 day.

    Cons

    The directors are some of the laziest people I've ever met.

    You're over worked and under paid.

    No room for advancement because clear channel does cuts every 6 months and instead of keeping positions open they get rid of the position altogether and give those responsibilities to employees that already cant handle what they have on their plate.

    So much gossip. It's like being back in high school because the directors sit there and bash all of the other employees.

    Racist directors. very racist.

    I've spotted the stations promotions staff multiple times driving and talking on the cell phone at the same time. Same guy who comes into work high every day. Open your eyes clear channel.

    Get new directors, give your employees all a raise that they deserve. Find better promotions staff to represent your station properly.

    If your looking for low pay and super 9-5 then this job is for you. You didn't have to take your work home with you.

    Cons

    People who sucked up and brown nosed to management got promoted. Even with the promotions, the pay is horrible.

    Perks available...gift cards, event tickets etc.

    Cons

    100% Commission. Limited Flexibility. Unprofessional work environment. Departments are very disconnected which creates hostile work environment. Entirely way to much turnover! No CRM tools available to help manage client lists/prospects. No training programs. Antiquated Systems. Need to streamline processes to help reduce errors.

    Develop a training program and invest time in your new hires to reduce turnover.

    Pros

    Constantly learning about emergence of new media. Excellent training in sales and management skills.
    Perks often include concerts, charitable and sporting events. Staff is very helpful to new employees.

    Cons

    Ability to create a work life balance is often compromised. A lot of programs to sell, projects to fulfill and events to staff. Corporate dictates are often pushed down and little local autonomy prevails.

    Pros

    The resources are amazing and very useful in achieving work related goals. The people I worked with were awesome.

    Cons

    There are times when corporate dictates mandatory projects, which is fine, however the notice is always very short and at times unorganized and lacking details.

    Cons

    Zero training that is helpful, one is left to figure EVERYTHING out on one's own. All the technology, programs, company info, even HR materials
    Archaic billing and collections systems that confuce and most often infuriate clients
    Non-delivery of inventory or over sell of inventory regularly resulting on constant charge backs
    Micro Management on a 100% commission structure
    Expectatins of home computer, mobile phone, car, gas without any compensation

    Fix the Cons-especially a minimal first week to two weeks orientation of company, technologies, assets to work with and HR-Company process and proceedures
