    poor benefit; low/mid management are problematic. some senior coworkers are very hard to deal with. senior management is fine.

    The trainers are really good and they have a great system in place that will ensure that you succeed your position.

    Great office environment, good place to work, good benefits, free gym and good kitchen. Management pretty straight

    Cons

    I believe the compensation is not bad. But sometimes is pretty busy, (a lot after hours phone calls). Working hours are nor flexible.

    Constant re-organization - higher chances of moving up, good compensation compared to other KC-based companies, good benefits, great training and development courses offered (ASTD #9), innovative environment ( Forbes #22)

    Cons

    Depending on your team and organization, there might be low chances of moving up. Long work hours, a lot of traveling. Ever-changing culture.

    Challenging. Once you get to know people, you figure out who the bright and good ones are. Overall, it's a great staff.

    Cons

    Sometimes stressful. Can work a lot at times. That's the same at all jobs though, so it's not a negative towards Cerner
