Flexible scheduling, good benefits, and decent atmosphere.

    Worst place to work

Current Employee - Maintenance Technician in Washington, DC (US)

I have been working at Cassidy Turley full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, good pay but how they treat you not worth it

    Cons

Bad management, and if you report it to HR. They retaliate and give you a hard time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some one should supervise management, and not rely only on reports they get from them. They make up info and reports.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Cassidy Turley full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Pay is decent for recent college graduates, office culture is pretty good, people are usually smiling and happy to be there, health and other benefits are pretty good. Standard office property management company.

    Cons

Bosses are not nice, do not help you but critisize you alot. My boss did not train me like he said he would, Had to learn on my own, HR is a joke. They tell you they will switch your team a few times while you work there to get associated with other teams and if you want to switch at anytime you can, but I tried to switch teams because of my jerky boss and HR never did anything about it. I stuck it out and then moved out of town.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get better managers who actually want you to succeed. Some of the managers were great but my manager was a jerk who ganged up on me and treated me lousy.

    Pros

Decent pay, benefits. Company was not cheap and always looking for ways to improve.

    Cons

Employees who are not brokers are not given a lot of opportunity to be trained for their position. Sink-or-swim mentality. No staff support offered.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take time to listen to all employee needs and concerns. There aren't that many of us so it would not take long.

    Pros

Work-life balance seemed to be great in the office. Once brokers are on their feet and doing well, especially the senior brokers are able to plan their own work schedule.

    Cons

Not much interaction unless when needed between Brokers in the office and the Marketing team.
