Cons – Old school management coming back into style to the detriment of family atmosphere that made Cargill what it was known for, lack of respect for experience, outside individuals brought in to "change the culture" which eliminated advancement potential, no career planning, long hours expected

Cons – Very political, and getting worst and worst when they started to concentrate on standerdizing everything and putting processes that doesn't have any adding value for the customer or the company
