Good place for people who want to know how things are done in different companies.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsA lot of opportunities for networking.
You will look/work in the kitchen of different companies.
    Pleasant atmosphere.

ConsInternal systems are not of a quality you would expect. Often very outdated, not supporting many platforms. You have to push people to get them to work for you (career advancement).

Advice to Senior ManagementActively help employees to further their career. Not only by putting a website up.
Update internal systems (not everyone is on IE).

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Excellent pay and benefits

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsExcellent pay and benefits. Great location and office is a nice place to work. Good cafeteria on site. Great co-workers!

ConsCompany is on contract, so future work is dependent upon winning contract renewals. Management doesn't always seem aware of what client wants in order to ensure contract renewals.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to engage better with employees and client. Client seems happy with work being done, but not always happy with management.

    It is a good start

Senior IT Analyst (Current Employee) Toronto, ON

ProsIt is a good place to start; however, Toronto center wasn't the best place to grow.

ConsAlthough the pay is competitive, the work environment is to process centric, there is no place for innovation or personal development. I quickly found that the lack of challenges and opportunities were forcing me to find different challenges outside the company

Advice to Senior ManagementMore engagement from all levels of management.
