I worked at Burlington Coat Factory

    Pros

The company is really trying to make positive changes for training their employees. They are trying to make the computer system user friendly and more efficient to help with daily workload. Insurance benefits are quite good for full time employees.

    Cons

Management is not very helpful. There is a lot of backstabbing and blame that takes place on a daily basis. This is very discouraging. Management should be there to help not to belittle.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be supportive to your employees. Let them know they are appreciated.
