The manager always knew what she was doing and always knew where to assign a person based off of personality and skills.

I have been working at Burger King

    Pros

    - Get lots of discounts
    - To see the everyday work operation, gives you a lot to learn
    - There is always something new, so you get to try the new specials heh!

    Cons

    - massive amount of work, sometimes is a never ending, workflow is very consistant, and when another employee calls off,, be ready for carnage!
    - hours can get downtime crazy
    - pay is cheap for the amount of work that you do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

this really depends on the personality of the person that you have to deal with, I only worked in one of the many stores, but I know that operates almost the same everywhere.
