I worked at Brandywine Realty as an intern for less than a year

I worked at Brandywine Realty full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Brandywine is regionalized so teamwork with the vaious regions was important for those of us working at the corporatate office. Everyone in the different regions was always verry helpful at getting what you needed from them.
Cons – Often when working on projects or deadlines I worked long hours and did not have much time for family. That would really be my only negative.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep us informed of what's going on.

I worked at Brandywine Realty full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – From the very top, management regards its employees as it greatest asset. There is also a strong commitment to service in the community.
Cons – As the company has become larger, it had lost some of its smaller company appeal. The CFO definitely brings a very non-personal corporate feel to the organization.
Advice to Senior Management – Go back to to your roots. You can still be a major player in the commercial RE world and still behave like the company that existed in Newtown Square and Plymouth Road.

I worked at Brandywine Realty
Pros – Brandywine has some very good people. The work atmosphere is fun. However, in accounting and finance there is a strong work hard paly hard attitude. Benefits are very good as well.
Cons – Frequent mergers and dispositions are difficult on the organzation especially accouunting and finance you have to do most of the hevey lifting
Advice to Senior Management – Like manamgent at a lot of compneis Brandywine's should realize the negative impact that mergers and aqusitions can have on employees.
