    Pros

Great Benefits but constant changes in the work career and being told at the last minute.

    Cons

Nothing for Christmas for employees in Florida.

    Pros

the company has good health benefits. Since its open 24/7 the hours are flexible. Not much else good to say.

    Cons

Parking is horrible. Offsite parking delays you by 30-40 minutes daily. They dont compensate you for this lost time. Raises are just cost of living increases and they consider them a bonus/ raise. given out to certain
employees. No performance evaluations either so those "raises" are given out to managers favorite employees. Vacation and sick time is below average. Company has no problem spending money on electronic kiosks across the campus and have a lavish holiday party but cant afford to spend some money on the employees EVER.

    Advice to Management

Start respecting your employees. Some of the newer positions actually require thinking and a deep knowledge of the subject. Stop thinking you can replace these people so easily. Times have changed.

    Pros

Great benefits, local management is good.

    Cons

Worst corporate mentality I've ever seen. Bad patient care. Entire departments let go rather than deal with issues.

    Pros

Lab is very flexile great for vacations as you get 3 weeks vacation after 2 years of employment pay is ok not the best

    Cons

There isn't much room for growth. Most techs leave after a year or two. It's either find a new job or be stuck on the bench with little to no raise for years

    Advice to Management

Help train in different areas of the lab. Since turnover is so high the least they can do is train in multiple areas to give a better opportunity to the people who are there for the long haul

    Pros

    This company has no pros.

    Cons

Worst company ever, they treat employees badly, too much gossip, nepotism and racism. There is no room for growth at this company.

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting family members and give others a chance.

    Pros

Benefits are great! Flexible work schedule IF they choose. That's about the only pros to the company. It would of been nice to be able to say more but NO!

    Cons

Management does not know how to do their job! Way too much gossip, jealousy and greed. No matter what you do if someone doesn't agree with it then there will be confrontation! They have ridiculous policies that only apply to certain people which is pointless if it's supposed to be a "company" policy!

    Advice to Management

Learn to be a manager and worry more about the work and how to get it done properly instead of petty things and jealousy! Learn to mange time because way too many accounts were written off because it wasn't done in a timely manner!

    Pros

    Company party, campus like area.

    Cons

Everything else! This company uses homebrewed software, There is NO training to use said software. The VP's of the IT departments rely on their managers. The managers are over worked and don't have an sense of where their reports stand on their understanding of their software. They make you shadow someone, who knows as much as someone who just started a week prior.
They make you sign and date SOP's wiithout allowing questions to be asked.
The manager of the LAB IT department hs NO IDEA how to manage a team.
Doesn't know how to speak to people, doesn't like questions directed to him and will crap on his employees to prove a point. He doesn't trust anyone on his own team, which is why he does everything on his own, working 24 hours a day a times due to lack of training.
His employees overnight are know to have girls over, drink on the job, work out of hookah bars, and generally are not responsive when i comes emails or assistence needed in the lab.
This is a walking lawsuit waiting to happen, anyone reading this looking for employment here needs to walk around with a recording device to prove their innocence or simply bring it to a lawyer and sue these guys for lying and setting people up for failure.
There is absolutely no opportunity for growth, if you come into the lab as a Tech 1, you will stay a tech one for 5 years before they even look at your and lets not forget the .05 cent raises every year!

    Advice to Management

Quit and let someone competent do your job. Train your team properly. Lay off the booze. Lay off the Drugs. Lay off the hookers that are brought in to the offices after hours.

    Pros

Flexible, fun, relaxed. Room for advancement if you work hard. Awesome benefits

    Cons

I really have nothing negative to say and I've been there over 12 years. You have petty nonsrmdr like any other office environment but nothing out of the morm

  10. A fairly redundant job that should be viewed as a means to pay the bills and not as a career.

    Pros

It had a high school atmosphere where everyone knew each other and certain fun cliques would form. Laid back in terms of coming to work on time, call outs, etc.

    Cons

Too much gossip at the workplace. Some people are downright rude as some would not greet you as you walk past them. The graveyard shift is not fun.

    Pros

    Cons

Pay rate for office or clerical work isnt really great esp if you're a full time employee.
