I have been working at Bilinguals full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Rewarding work for children
    Welcoming Office

    Cons

    Unclear Policies
    Terrible Upper Management
Low Compensation for the amount of work required
Multiple names create confusion for clients and employees
    Growing too fast.
    Unresponsive HR department

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stick with one name rather than Axiom Link, Achieve Beyond, Bilinguals Inc.

It causes clients/ potential employees confusion when they are unable to research the company due to it operating under several different names.
