    I worked at Bank of Communications full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    It is one of the best banks in China with high reputation, working opportunity and staffs. I have really learnt a lot.

    Cons

    It is hard to handle a lot of things at a quite short time. But finally I got it.

    Pros

    Not much pressure. Can leave office on time. Potential more opportunity for rotation to other areas. stable working environment. no redundancy heard.

    Cons

    low salary. no training. not much promotion room. biased appraisals. not open to ideas, no drive and passionate to work

    If you are a accountant-related student, this intern can show you some level of the daily life in a cooperate finance department in a bank.

    If you do not like financial statements and chasing for higher salary this place is definitely not what you are looking for.

    Work/life balance is not that bad compared with other big Chinese banks.

    - Career development space in the long run is limited.
    - Starting salaries is not that attractive as the 5th largest bank in China.
