Proshave the opportunity to study and exersice a wide range of banking product including personal banking and corporate banking. nice place to study the bank industry.

Conssalary is not competitive; GOOD working enviroment rely heavily on the colleagues working with you.

ProsIt is a public bank, so the employee compensation is pretty good. And working hours for my department is pretty nice.

ConsNot easy to be hired by the company. You need have high educational background and good academic score in order for interview.

Advice to Senior ManagementThey should communicate more with the employees. communications can not only build up the relations, but also motivate the employees in their work.
