    Pros

    Commission was uncapped, coworkers were motivating.

    Cons

    Low salary, pushy tactics to recv commission pay. Poor management.

    Pros

    Good hourly pay( $14.13). Great benefits( Aetna) and vacation package (10 sick days and 3 weeks vacay)

    Cons

    They paint this pretty picture for you on how to make soooo much money in commission and it's absolutely false. You're pretty much tricking people all day to do balance transfer and direct deposits. These people are calling in to pay their bill or service their account and your whole motive is to pressure them into borrowing money of their card. You sit in this special Que. and are forced to make money off them. If you don't make your numbers you won't last. Run as fast as you can. The turnover rate is high! They have a training class every month. This should tell you something

    Pros

    Great benefits. Honestly, I love the atmosphere. Everyone wants to do what's best for the customers. Bonuses are better now, focused on rewarding top performers.

    The base salary is too low. However, it is comparable to other banks.

    Pros

    They have a wonderful benefits package. Wonderful to work with customers but most managers need work.

    Cons

    The sales goals are unrealistic and create an atmosphere of product pushing. Many of the managers believe that micro management is the only management style available. Very stressful when traffic into the branch is slow. Furthermore they never have enough staff to properly achieve their customer service goals.

    Hire more people and create an open communication policy that prohibits bullying from managers.

    Hours, work-life balance, compensation is in line or above peer group. Quarterly bonus opportunity drives employee satisfaction.

    Outdated processes, lack of clear direction, disconnect between upper management and employees. Direction of driving customer experience is unclear.

    Get involved with employees on a local level. Email doesn't help. In order to drive sales and customer experience results, simplify your retail process. Give flexibility to managers to drive business without out-of-touch micro management techniques

    Benefits are good and have the opportunity to switch careers within the bank.

    Cons

    Work-life balance nonexistent, Constant change without freely communicating to the associates the purpose and desires results that the changes will held. Always feeling a change for the worse, rumors, hard to get accurate information from management.

    Pros

    Flexible scheduling. Schedules pretty much fit the convenience of the employee.

    Cons

    Getting time off, training, and having correct people in place that can answer important questions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would like to see management be more familiar with the jobs in order to answer questions that the employee may have, and not have to refer them to other personnel because each employee have their own way of doing things. Need one central person, so that everyone will be on the same page.
