ProsLearned a great deal and met a lot of wonderful people.

ConsConstant Senior Management Change and operational changes as well. Centralization, outsourcing, layoffs, etc. always kept you guessing. The airport locations use run down equipment and use mostly minimum wage employees who do not qualify for benefits.

Advice to Senior ManagementOutsourcing doesn't always work.

    Good company

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Orlando, FL (US)

ProsGained valuable experiences. Managers very understanding. Good people to work with. It is a growing company with prominent future. Good environment.

ConsVery hard work, not great pay.
Sometimes it is hard to gain support between departments. Not a lot of training.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

Prosgreat people, good money, managment is understanding and fair for the most part, company gives great benefits and incentives to their employees.

Conseveryone that is there is pretty much there to stay so unless someone leaves the company or they create new jobs - its hard to move up.

Advice to Senior Managementstay away from the "its not what you know, but who you know" ways - give jobs to people who are qualified!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
