Former Employee – worked at Athens Technical College full-time for more than a year
Pros – Very relaxed environment, Nice people, Not very large
Cons – Low wages and no raises even when more duties are assigned.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay the staff and faculty better wages.

Current Employee – been working at Athens Technical College
Pros – Our purpose -- to educate the community and train them for careers is much needed! Makes you feel good to go to work.
Students are great!
Instructors are dedicated!
Cons – Needs to be more cohesive.
Better communication internally and externally is needed.
Advice to Senior Management – Communicate more with all staff throughout the year via emails.
