    you get a paycheck every 2 weeks.

    Cons

    management has no people skills, they are afraid of losing their jobs because there are just too many managers and too little workers. the managers don't want to do their part so they overload their subordinates and micromanage them because they have nothing else to do. The CIO seems down to earth but is totally out of touch with lower level managers and how unprofessional they behave. Management discriminates in every way, race, age, sex, etc. Frat house environment and when you disagree with the behavior..YOU are the problem,.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Investigate the lower levels of management, people are suffering. Also, take a look at your unsympathetic HR dept in Chesterbrook. If they don't care, they should at least try and fake it, HR is intimidating and you feel like you have no where to turn when being harassed and bullied other than to look elsewhere for employment.

    Good benegits. Established and growing company.

    Cons

    Uunreasonable salary, long hours mandatory weeke without pay or compensation if you are salary. Compliance is very stiff and will incriminate anyone for no reason. Will fire anyone Without notice. Poor management. Low technology. Clueless to good organization. If whant to be in charge of your own destiny, don't for this company.

    Pros

    Fortune 50 company doing lots of SAP work outsourced to IBM & TCS. A lot of talk about trying to be successful.

    Cons

    Not known for innovative development. The hired directors & VP's are not very experienced in people/conflict management. Their profit margins have dropped significantly after the Walgreens 25 Billion contract. Budgets are low for any reasonable innovation to happen. The offices in Valley Forge is more like a call center without any cubicles. There is absolutely no privacy. There are no architecture related thought process for integration of the various silos.

    Having a real plan for cutting operating cost.

    Pros

    Good benefits, relatively not stressful. Easy work. Lots of time off and paid holidays. People there can be welcoming if you stick around.

    Cons

    Most everyone in manufacturing dislikes working there. Low pay. Long hours. Messed up schedule. Very high turnover rate. Many unclear policies and instruction. The work is very boring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay your people more. They make your business happen. Focus on quality, then numbers. More incentive for loyal/good employees. Listen to the obvious signs of the high turnover rates. Refine your policies and procedures so employees know in detail what you expect of them.

    'At Will" Company (fire without warning) Management is incompetent You will get no more than 1-2 years with this company and they[ll find a reason to fire you without formal write ups of warnings.

    Train your your employees. Another company who favors certain employees. Most of them don't know there jobs. No one in management cares about the employees only about themselves. Fire management and keep the employees!

    Ability to work in diverse cross functional teams to produce results in the pharmaceutical world.

    Great co-workers, ok work hours

    Cons

    Hired for call center and made the job sound like it would be a great fit for me. Training was horrible, not enough training and constantly micro-managed. Treated like a child and constantly reprimanded. Company let all former customer care go to save money and should have kept other call centers. Customers highly irate and mad about change.
