Current Employee – been working at Amdocs full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good benefits for the expats (except salary): free food, compensation for childcare, medical insurance, etc.
Cons – Salary could be better. The senior staff rarely have extra benefits... promotions are not fair and senior experienced people usually leave the company...

Former Employee – worked at Amdocs full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Amdocs sent me all over the world for my job. I had a fantastic experience, worked with very smart and motivated people and became an expert at my skill during my years on the job.
Cons – The annual salary was very low compared to what other folks in my field were making. There was very little room for advancement and almost no chance to advance professionally.
Advice to Senior Management – Learn to value your administrative staff as you do your techies.

Former Employee – worked at Amdocs full-time for more than a year
Pros – Working in Amdocs is like being in a family, most of the people are nice, and also management will make you feel comfortable. There are good facilities provided - restaurant, kitchen, "playing room", and a good corporate credit card (that probably got the best deals in Israel). There are also opportunities to travel to the customer for support of the product you work in.
Cons – Working as a programmer in Amdocs is completely boring. You end up doing repetitive and simple programming tasks, working with out of date frameworks, in products that are only used by amdocs and its customers (big telco companies). No way of developing with newer technologies, or learn what's hot in the market.
