Pros – The people are excellent. The front line staff is very helpful and cheerful and very hard working. The cab facility is excellent there is a good work life balance if you are part of a business division

Cons – Corporate functions is like a sweat shop. You work tirelessly without reward. HR managers are not helpful at all and have poor leadership qualities. Working for the BPO is the best as the head is a nice person, very helpful and is a strong leader as are the heads of the other business division.
Pantry food can be better

Advice to Senior Management – look at the attrition rise and introspect as to the actual reasons, some of the managers hired are not upto the mark

Cons – The management is taking out many advantages of being a global company.

Cons – Like in any large organization, its slow to get things done. Plus, the technology used is not always latest.

- too many ex-consultants become managers without knowing the business or ever having see an actual customer

Pros – The people really practice the company credo of "be true in everything you do". Not only are the people authentic, but they are caring, considerate, intelligent, positive, and great to work with.

Cons – While the organization is HUGE globally, there may be limited opportunities in some career paths depending on your willingness and ability to move around. If you're a dynamic individual that knows how to leverage your skills into different areas of the business, you can easily overcome that obstacle.

Pros – Decent salary. Nice building. Gym is fantastic, nice but expensive dining facilities. Child care is also nice but expensive

Cons – Overall, it was a horrible working experience. Zero chance for growth or even a raise if your there under 5 years. Automatically hired on as a temp, so your basically their slave. As a temp, you seldom get work reviews, if ever. Then, with no notice, they can and frequently do fire you, and don't let you get back your personal belongings. Management is rude. Impossible to contact people in HR. completely unrealistic expectations of their employees. How they get onto Forbes top 100 places to work is beyond me and everyone else that works there!

Advice to Senior Management – Lose the temp agencies, treat your employees like humans, and open your eyes to the world around you

- Great training opportunities
- Relatively flat hierarchies for such an "old school" company
- Excellent canteen

Cons – - Official Alumni network is very elitist
- I heard of cases of burnout and sexual harassment (was however tackled by compliance) in my department, but before the time I did my internship
- Glass ceiling for women with kids is rather thick
