Current Employee – been working at Allegis Partners full-time for less than a year

ProsExposure to fantastic clients, hands on leadership, training, opportunity to take on more responsibility, GREAT work life balance - If you have proved to be a hard worker leadership will never question if you need to work from home or leave early

ConsMay have to look outside the organization to get a large comp increase, average benefits

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue building more training for employees, lay the hammer down on people that aren't doing their jobs

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Conspoor management, no recognition for doing a good job, completely ignored by senior management if you're not a favorite, never getting feedback regarding your performance, a few empty suits at high levels.

Advice to Senior Managementstay in touch with your employees and let them know how they are doing.

Prosthey have som every prestigious RPO clients especially within the Finance World
exposure to different business'
CEO is a bright spot, but would like to see more involvement. It used to be the case before they got swallowed up by Alleges Group

Consmanagement plays favorites and continues to put those favorites in leadership positions regardless of performance
bounced from client to client with no choice, tough to maintain relationships or credibility with candidates
little room for promotability
acquisition changed this company from minute one
office politics
very poor communication from top down. there is a lot that goes on behind closed doors between a select few that most employees will never hear about yet effects them greatly on a day to day basis
social habits play a role in relationships with managers which is unheard of in many cases.

Advice to Senior Managementtrim the fat, regardless of tenure. Recognize when you have folks in a leadership position who can't earn the respect of their team. improve communication.
