    ConsTreated poorly. Employees are just numbers. Bottom line is more production, less pay. Every move including bathroom breaks are timed. Morale very bad.

    Proscan get exposure to some very big organizations an projects.
    they are big and will always be around.

    ConsLittle room for advancement. Once your project is completed you get moved to the bench and then let go after 3 months.
