I have been working at Accenture full-time for more than a year
Pros – If you are a mediocre it'll be one place which wouldn't mind offering you a position but beware, you might be setup for failure.
Cons – The downsides list goes on, there's so much disconnect across verticals and divisions it stops baffling after a point. There's no accountability top down and no working feedback mechanism. On any given day you can face so many unprofessionalism including but not limited to incompetence and lack of integrity/ethics/transparency being highest.
Advice to Senior Management – One global company is a misnomer, there's complete lack of alignment, co-ordination and synchroneity across every area across geography.
