    Good job while in school

    Retail Sales Consultant (Former Employee)

ProsGenerally a good experience. While in college I was making more money part time than many make working full time jobs.

ConsNot to many downsides for the time in my life I took on the job. Its not anything I would consider making a career out of as in the sales department there are much higher paid positions in other companies.

Advice to Senior ManagementI enjoyed my managers. Your first days on the floor after training they tried to use a scare factor on newbies in order to drive their sale mindset in. After that they become really laid back and fun to be around as well as good mentors.
