    Pros

    Generally a good experience. While in college I was making more money part time than many make working full time jobs.

    Cons

    Not to many downsides for the time in my life I took on the job. Its not anything I would consider making a career out of as in the sales department there are much higher paid positions in other companies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I enjoyed my managers. Your first days on the floor after training they tried to use a scare factor on newbies in order to drive their sale mindset in. After that they become really laid back and fun to be around as well as good mentors.

    AT&T Canada now Allstream is a big Canadian company but have a small-company culture: I found the organization to be a well managed and very professional. They should pride themselves as being a open, friendly, honest and easy to deal with organization. Extremely high talented people- centric and deliver exceptional and innovative solutions.
