Grew Fast, Stopped Caring, looking for another job

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Tampa, FL (US)

I have been working at ARMA full-time for more than a year

ProsKnowledge obtained, Contributions to families that lost a loved one in the war

ConsTreatment of employees. Some departments of company not worth walking into. A lot of upper management has no clue what they are doing, but because they are a friend of someone else they get to remain employed making big money. Overworked, unappreciated

Advice to Senior ManagementToo many chiefs and not enough indians. Most of the chiefs don't do half of what you think they do.

Superb

Contractor (Current Employee)
Tampa, FL (US)

I have been working at ARMA full-time for more than 3 years

ProsThe company tries to be honest and up front. They do care about their employees. They pay very good and the company benefits are great. The company tries to be up front on the type of job and how the work schedule will be. They do their best to provide the employees with clothing and a great 401K plan. They are currently trying to set up training for school credit and also to help the employee if they want to go back to college. They will pay 100% of the tuition.

ConsNone that I can think of at this time.

Advice to Senior ManagementStay as you are. Don't let bad apples spoil the company's future. Keep growing and become a major company one day! Thanks!
