    Pros

Great Corporate Structure, Growth Opportunity, clean and updated office supplies and furniture which made the office like atmosphere much more tolerable.

    Cons

Weak pay, jobs were insecure, long hours if you really wanted to make some money and keep your job.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to the intern, they want to learn and gain experience, not just sit there and get paid for a number of useless hours.

  2. Very demanding, but very rewarding

    Pros

Excellent organization to get sales experience. Great management. Great rewards (commission, trips, prizes). Get to meet a lot of very interesting people in your area. Excellent for personal growth.

    Cons

Biggest problem I had was that the business units can have a conflict of interest. Other than that not a lot of problems, though you need to commit to a lot of hours if you want to be successful

    Advice to Management

Though it didn't happen too often, stay away from micro-management. Easiest way to lose your audience.

  3. Great entry level sales opportunity

    Pros

Great place to start career, fantastic training, easy to transfer skills, running your own business mentality

    Cons

shouldn't hire managers that used to be kindergarten teachers, work constantly, cutthroat, must keep deals quiet or they will get stolen

    Advice to Management

Don't micro manage when the sales rep is performing well, it may hinder their value.
