    I worked at ADP full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Excellent organization to get sales experience. Great management. Great rewards (commission, trips, prizes). Get to meet a lot of very interesting people in your area. Excellent for personal growth.

    Cons

    Biggest problem I had was that the business units can have a conflict of interest. Other than that not a lot of problems, though you need to commit to a lot of hours if you want to be successful

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Though it didn't happen too often, stay away from micro-management. Easiest way to lose your audience.

    Pros

    Great place to start career, fantastic training, easy to transfer skills, running your own business mentality

    Cons

    shouldn't hire managers that used to be kindergarten teachers, work constantly, cutthroat, must keep deals quiet or they will get stolen

    Don't micro manage when the sales rep is performing well, it may hinder their value.
