ProsCompetitive pay, health benefits, store discounts nationwide , 2 weeks vacation, bonus incentives monthly and annually.
No high pressure sales, the merchandises sells itself.
Friendly atmosphere when working with the right crew.

ConsThis is the epitome of a full time job. If you're not willing to be available 24 hours a day do not apply for a manager position.
45-55 hours per week is regular if you worked less than 45 you would be looked at as lazy.
Early morning or late late nights some sunday shifts are from 7pm-5am depending on season.
Everyone is trying to move up corporate ladder so be prepared for anything.
High pressure to make monthly sales goals, with little to no assistance with local advertising.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere is not i could add that they haven't heard before.

Favoritism at its best

ProsThe employees themseleves we're friendly always helped me when i needed, the managers on the other hand played favorites and picked on me numerous accounts of times, personal problems brought into the work field by them highly disappointed
